I have just returned from delivering a new stage to Crosslee Primary in Blackley, Manchester, and what a delight it was. I was given a team of helpers who put the stage up for me. After I unloaded the van, and got all the sections into the hall, they set to work. With very little guidance, but close supervision (of course) they worked out the mechanics of assembling a Cameo demountable stage in just a few seconds. My job turned out to be slowing them down sufficiently so that there were no little incidents. The four of them, working as a team, easily managed to handle the 30Kg 2×1 metre carpeted sections and erected the 5×3 metre stage in just over 10 minutes.
