In light of the current circumstances with COVID-19, Mainstage Ltd are still operating. We do so while showing due caution and mindfulness to wellbeing, both for ourselves and our clients. We are following government guidelines as outlined at www.gov.uk and will be amending this page if there are any updates pertinent to our process as outlined below.
Self-isolation will be insisted for the following:
- Anyone showing symptoms of the virus (dry cough, high temperature)
- Those awaiting a COVID-19 test result
- Anyone who has travelled from a place with a high infection risk
- Those who have had physical contact in the last 14 days with anyone who has tested positive for coronavirus
- Anyone who is pregnant
Maintaining a high standard of hygiene remains a critical part of our operations. Regular, thorough hand washing with hot water and soap is encouraged, as is sanitising. Colleagues are not to have any physical contact in the workplace and monitor a 2m distancing where possible.
To further protect the health of our team, we will not be accepting external visitors on our premise until further notice.
The premise is currently under reduced staffing with limited workshop attendees and administration allowed on site on any given day. As such there may be delays in responding to your enquiries, but you have our assurance that they will be answered as quickly as possible.
Where possible our administrative teams are operating remotely to the premises. This is both to ensure the health and wellbeing of our factory workers, but also to ensure that there is minimal disruption to enquiry responses.
Couriers of finished products are allowed to collect and deliver from our premises, but our staff have been asked to avoid physical contact where possible. We are also asking that delivers of our products are made conscientiously and that couriers adhere to a contact free delivery protocol where possible.
